Design features cotton gluteal backing, adjustable hook & eye front center closure and an open crotch. Made with ultra-compressive Sateen fabric. Adjustable suspenders stabilize the girdle. Also includes a set of removable, Sculptures Liposuction Foam® inserts at the small of the back to help cinch the waist, enhance compression, and sculpt the top of the buttocks.
