Ralf Eschenbach founded the company in 2011 with the aim of supporting customers' healing process with individual and innovative medical products after an operation.  

An intensive exchange with doctors, plastic surgeons, patients and nursing staff led to today's product portfolio.  

The products from CAROMED® and SCULTURES are manufactured in North Carolina, USA with the highest quality fabrics in selected weaving mills in order to produce the quality that the conscientious doctor and the patient demand according to our strict guidelines.  We only use the best zips, hooks and eyes available on the market.  Each product is carefully selected to produce quality and cut and sew with precision.  

GABOL COSMETICS was founded with the aim of offering functional and highly innovative products.  Research develops the latest active ingredients in collaboration with doctors, dermatologists, toxicologists and chemists.  Both vegetable and biotechnological and synthetic origin to bring cosmetic products to the market that promote the well-being of the skin and help fight problems and imperfections.  Whereby they follow their own functional mechanisms with full consideration of their physiology.
