All Caromed garments are produced in North Carolina using world-class fabrics from the finest mills throughout the U.S. Each is selected only if it meets our stringent guidelines for medical-grade compressive properties that satisfy scrupu-lous physician and patient needs. We use only the best available zippers, hook & eye closures and elastics which is why we meticulously cut, sew and produce each garment with accuracy and care.
